Welcome to Southern Tasmania, where I live and work: fattening pigs, milking a cow, raising several chooks and a chasing a disobedient dog. I cook, present a television show called Gourmet Farmer and write about food in both magazines and books; the latest books are The Real Food Companion and Winter On The Farm.
